As part of our effort to maintain transparency in business we have inked our cancellation, exchange, return and refund policy for our customers.
If a customer has any of the below mentioned issues, the same can be escalated to our customer service team within 7 days of product delivery. In case of a genuine concern, our team will try to resolve the same within the promised timeline.

Delay in dispatch of Order(s):

If the product is not dispatched within 3 business days after the promised shipping date, the customer can cancel the order and in case of prepaid order(s), we guarantee 100% refund of the money paid by the customer.

Delay in Transit
If the customer does not receive the product within 10 days from the date of dispatch, the customer can cancel the order and in case of prepaid order(s), we guarantee 100% refund of the money paid by the customer.

Receipt of wrong/ damaged/ defective product

In case a customer receives a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per the original order then we will exchange the product for a different piece/set.

Please Note: The request for exchange, return or refund can only be accepted and processed if the Product(s) is unused, unaltered, unsoiled and in its original product packaging.
If no escalation is made by the customer within 7 days of product delivery, we at HMB Commercial Private Limited will assume that the customer is satisfied with the product and the services offered by us through litmusconnect.com.

Please Note: All products purchased on litmusconnect.com will be covered under warranty as mentioned on the product packaging.

Shipping Policy

We only use reputed courier partners to ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and securely.

All orders are verified by our customer service team before they are processed. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order placement date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other extenuating circumstances.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
We attempt to ship all items in a single order together, however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
All orders are shipped with an invoice from HMB Commercial Private Ltd.. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may reach out to us on our WhatsApp helpline (+91 6362829848) or send us a mail at care@litmusconnect.com.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.litmusconnect.com and clicking on Order Status. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status. Alternatively, you can track your order on the Courier Partner’s website.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact the Litmus Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at the litmus connect with your order ID and images of the product. We will dispatch a replacement immediately.
